Fillmore is a city and the county seat of Millard County, Utah, United States. It is named for the thirteenth U.S. President Millard Fillmore, who was in office when Millard County was created by the Utah Territorial legislature.

Fillmore was the capital of the Utah Territory from 1851 to 1856, although the territorial legislature met in Fillmore only one term (1855). The original Utah Territorial Statehouse building still stands.

Flllmore is located in central Utah. It is 148 miles south of Salt Lake City and 162 miles north of St. George, and considered the “last frontier” for growth in the state of Utah. The community was named by an act of the Utah Territorial Legislature signed by Brigham Young in 1851, honoring President Millard Fillmore. For a time, Fillmore was the territorial capital of Utah. The original Statehouse building stands today as the oldest existing governmental building in the state and is maintained by the State of Utah as a historic site and museum.

It has mature trees, grass and cement parking next to specific sites to park your ATV/UTV. Bring your RVs, Toyhaulers , motorhomes , we have sites that are 95 + feet long or stay in a cabin or our tent area. We have group areas, a game room, club house and a pool and spa. Roast s’mores around a fire to tell stories of your latest adventure.

There are over thousands miles of Paiute off roading trails to have your next great adventure. In cooler weather spring , fall and winter, you can access the Meadows Hot Springs, Lava Tubes, Ice caves, Devil’s Kitchen , Hood’s WIND generator, Pipeline Loop Hieroglyphics, Lace Curtains, just to name a few. In the summer , cool off by riding to Devil’s Armchair, Mineral Mountain, Pine Creek Canyon, Kanosh Loop, Fillmore Loop through springs and streams. Ride the Pahvant mountains for breath taking views. Riding in the fall with the leaves changing is spectacular. It is also a place that hunters gather and take off in the early mornings to ride their side by sides to find their best spots. You can take the day to travel through the mountains- go to a restaurant in the neighboring town and ride back through a different trail then relax in the hot tub when you return. We offer ATV/UTV rentals for you to be able to see the amazing sites here in Central Utah. Fillmore, Utah has the longest running ATV/UTV Jamboree in the USA every JUNE.
